Major Case Update : Complete Dismissal of Attempted Murder Charges

A recent client of Tucker

Grosgebauer was facing incredibly serious charges in Adams County, Colorado, to include:

- 4 counts of attempted extreme-indifference murder (a class 2 felony caring between 16-48 years, per count, which require mandatory consecutive sentencing).

- 1 count of attempted burglary (a class 4 felony), which was charged as a crime of violence.

- 1 count of stalking (a class 5 felony)

- 1 count of POWPO (possession of a weapon by a previous offender), a class 5 felony

- as well as several misdemeanors

Despite facing decades in prison, our firm set the case for trial and prepared to litigate many of the ripe constitutional claims out client had.

We kept of the pressure on the prosecution, resulting in a complete dismissal of the case, including all of the charges.

While we hope most clients are never faced with such life-altering charges, we are proud of the hard-fought result from this case.
